If Bunnies Could Fly…but they CAN!  Easter Flight Savings!

With the sky-high increase in gas prices, how are we “traveling bunnies” able to get away and economically enjoy our adventurous and well-deserved Easter break? I hope they do not think we can just “hop along our merrily way.” (Geeze, I’m tired just thinking about it. I thought this was a vacation! LOL)
Most travel experts agree that airfare rates have substantially jumped 40% since January 2022. But does this mean that all travel opportunities have vanished, at least for the time being? NOPE, not at all.

Here are a few travel tips on how to look and book cheap flights:

1. Plan your trip location based on current airline prices. By using different search engines, such as Google Flights, Kayak, and Skyscanner, you can choose your dates and then search for different locations at the cheapest price. Sites such as Southwest Airlines, usually also have a low fare calendar that will show you all prices throughout the month. Simply choose the cheapest, and Voila! you’re off on another exciting adventure!

2. And the more flexible you are on the days and times you are traveling, the more money you are going to save. Do not be afraid to utilize other ground transportation options when available. If you get a chance, try to capture the wild side, and consider taking a train or bus- you may save money and get the chance to see the environment from another perspective. Sometimes the unplanned and unexpected travel adventures are the most memorable!

For more exciting and in-depth methods for cheap travel and flights, check out Scott’s Cheap Flights. (it’s a relatively large business now with lots of employees) They painstakingly and consistently sift through and daily research oodles of flight information on different travel techniques and destinations. You can also sign up, for a small fee, and will keep you regularly updated on the latest travel deals, making your life a whole lot easier- and more economical.

3. If your return date is flexible, try booking one-way flights, rather than a roundtrip flight. With super-cheap one-way flights, your destinations are endless!

Since there are many different means of travel, depending on your budget, desires, and destinations, please do not be afraid to branch out of your comfort zone and try something new. Even if it’s not in the budget to explore at this time in your life, don’t throw out the idea of fulfilling your dreams, whatever they may be. Remember, fun, excitement, and happiness are well worth your diligent perseverance.

Wishing you a very Hoppy and Happy Easter!
