I recently attended my sister’s beach wedding there, staying at RIU Palace San Lucas. It was delightful, as it was relaxing- and for a wedding, which is usually somewhat tense moments, that’s refreshing. The food was spectacular. I really loved the Italian restaurant and of course the “all you can eat” ice cream. Yum
We stayed at RIU Palace, woke up on the beach, and enjoyed the sunrise with a mojito. The resort featured an all-inclusive package, with more food than you could ever eat. Unlimited drinks, yes alcohol is included, you even have a full bar in your room. There are activities galore to choose from daily, as well as live shows every evening under the stars, you will never be bored.
The cost was quite reasonable for all the value received. The room rate was only $250 a person, per night.
You can take advantage of beach messages, gym, saunas, multiple outdoor pools, and indoor jacuzzies, as well as a beauty salon, offering hair and nail services. Whether you are attending a wedding or just on a siesta, there is something for everyone.
